دراسة اقتصادية للتجارة الخارجية لمحصول نخيل البلح فى العالم ومصر

الملخص
يعتبر النخيل من أهم محاصيل الفاكهة التى يمكن الاستفادة من ثمرة النخيل لما لها من قيمة غذائية عظيمة لما توفره من مركبات حيوية عالية القيمة ، بالإضافة الى أهميتها للإقتصاد القومى لإمكانية التصدير والتصنيع وزيادة الدخل الأسرى فى مناطق إنتاجه فى مصر وتحسين ميزان المفوعات. إجمالى مساحة نخيل البلح فى مصر بلغ حوالى 105.8 ألف فدان يمثل حوالى 3.78% من إجمالى  مساحة نخيل البلح على مستوى العالم والتى تبلغ حوالى 2800.45 ألف فدان خلال اجمالى فترة الدراسة ( 2006 – 2021) بينما بلغ إجمالى انتاج نخيل البلح فى مصر قد بلغ حوالى 1472.98 ألف طن يمثل نحو 18.49% من إجمالى إنتاج العالم من نخيل البلح والذى يبلغ حوالى 7919.9 ألف طن خلال الفترة ( 2006- 2021) وعلى الرغم من أن مصر تحتل المركز الأول عالمياً في إنتاج التمور بمتوسط أن مصر جاءت فى المركز الأول وفقا لإنتاج البلح بمتوسط إنتاج قدر بحوالى 1628 ألف طن يمثل حوالى 18.14% من الإنتاج على مستوى العالم، يليها فى المرتبة الثانية السعودية بكمية إنتاج تبلغ حوالى 1387.9 ألف طن ،يمثل نحو 15.46% من إجمالى إنتاج العالم من البلح خلال الفترة (2016- 2021).كما تبين بدراسة الأهمية النسبية لأهم الدول العربية المنتجة للبلح فقد جاءت مصر فى المرتبة الأولى يليها السعودية والجزائر والعراق بأهمية بلغت نحو 24.09%، من إنتاج البلح على مستوى الدول العربية ،17% من إنتاج العالم ، و19.2% 16.87%، 10.04% على الترتيب من اجمالى انتاج العالم العربى،  إلا أن  متوسط صادرات مصر من التمور بلع ٤٣ الف طن لا يمثل سوي 2.75 % من متوسط إجمالي الإنتاج المحلي ونحو 2.83 % من متوسط حجم الصادرات العالمية المقدر بنحو 1.566 مليون طن خلال نفس الفترة ، الأمر الذي يوضح تدني كمية الصادرات المصرية من التمور مقارنة بحجم الإنتاج الكبير. هناك زيادة مستمرة في إنتاج التمور المصرية بمعدل ٢,٢ % سنوياً كما أن معدل الزيادة السنوية في حجم صادرات التمور المصرية بلغ نحو ١,١٤ % خلال الفترة (٢٠٠١-2020) .
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Abstract:
Palm trees are considered one of the most important fruit crops that can be used because of their great nutritional value and the high-value vital compounds they provide, in addition to their importance to the national economy due to the possibility of export and manufacturing, increasing family income in its production areas in Egypt, and improving the balance of payments. The total date palm area in Egypt amounted to about 105.8 thousand acres, representing about 3.78% of the total date palm area in the world, which amounts to about 2800.45 thousand acres during the total study period (2006 - 2021), while the total date palm production in Egypt reached about 1472.98 acres. One thousand tons represents about 18.49% of the world’s total production of date palms, which amounts to about 7919.9 thousand tons during the period (2006-2021).
